Ingredients:

Ramen Broth (water, shiitake mushroom, wakame seaweed, onion, ginger, soy sauce [soybean, wheat, water, salt], sugar, onion juice concentrate, dark miso paste [soybean, rice, salt], garlic, sesame oil, yeast extract, garlic powder, carrot juice concentrate, cauliflower juice concentrate, salt), Sesame Seed Pouch (sesame seed, spring onion).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • STOVE TOP: Add the ramen broth to a pan over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the dried onion and sesame seed packet, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 minutes more.
  • Serve with noodles and vegetables of your choice.

WHY NOT TRY

  • Cooked ramen or somen noodles
  • 4 ounces sliced or cubed and pan-seared tofu
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, wilted in a pan and seasoned
  • Handful of fresh bean sprouts
  • Chopped green onions and chili peppers
  • Stir in 1 cup plant milk to make a creamier broth
