  • Remove the casings, crumble, and use in your favorite sausage recipes.
  • Slice, cook, and add the sausage to soups, stews, and even vegan mac and cheese.
  • Simmer with potatoes, cabbage and carrots in broth for new fangled New England boiled dinner.
  • Make Brats in Beer: grill the brats, then transfer to a pan with sauerkraut, beer, sliced onions and peppers, and plant-based butter. Let stew over low heat for as long as you want, and serve on rolls with grainy mustard. Perfect tailgate food!
