- If you can’t find Wicked Kitchen Sticky Teriyaki Sauce, use a 50-50 mix of hoisin sauce and teriyaki sauce.
Here’s a little twist on our usual mushroom shredding technique. It creates bigger pieces instead of fine shreds, which gives this sandwich incredible texture. Some key flavors come from our Wicked Kitchen Sticky Teriyaki Sauce, one of my favorite sauces. A fresh cucumber salad balances that out with spicy, gingery, minty pop. This sandwich has the spicy, sweet, salty, savory, herby, crispy, crunchy, fresh…so much going on! I absolutely love this combo, so I load up a lot of filling on these sandwiches. If you want, you could make smaller ones with more buns.
