Creamy Oatmeal Fruit Shakes


Ever over-estimate how much oatmeal you’re going to eat in the morning? It’s easy to look at that pot of boiling water and add just a little too much oat to your meal … but don’t throw out the leftovers! Save leftover oatmeal to use as the base for this creamy dairy-free oatmeal fruit shake. It’s great for breakfast, a snack, or dessert.

This two-step method adds oatmeal, fresh berries, bananas and ice for a freezing cold and slightly sweet shake. Hit blend until it reaches your desired level of smoothness and serve immediately.


  • oatmeal
  • fresh berries
  • bananas
  • ice


  1. Add everything in the blender – for a thicker shake, use less almond milk. Add a little at a time to reach desired thickness.
  2. Blend and serve!
