Spicy Chorizo Cheese Dogs

We take the humble hot dog up a notch with these quick and easy plant-based dogs. With vegan cheese, spicy chorizo, pickled jalapenos, fried onions and two sauces, they’re irresistible!



  1. Coat the sausages in a little oil then grill or pan-sear them over medium heat until lightly browned all over, 5 to 10 minutes, turning for even cooking.
  2. Toast the buns on the grill or on the side of the pan.
  3. Lay a cheese slice on the toasted side of each bun. Top with the cooked chorizo, a few squirts of Wicked mayo and sriracha, some pickled jalapenos, fried onions, scallions, and cilantro leaves.
