Take this chicken-free satay, for example, which uses Beyond Meat brand Chicken-Free Strips that can be brined and grilled to recreate this Thai classic, without the meat. We’re huge fans of it and think you will be too!
Anything that’s thrown on the grill can tend to dry out quickly. What we’ve done to prevent that here is to give these chicken-free strips a long and relaxing bath in a sweet and salty brine (with a little sriracha thrown in for a kick of heat) before throwing them onto a hot grill.
